Uttam Kumar Dey is also the founder director of Radiance (London) Ltd and another key person behind the success of Radiance. He has an MBA degree from the UK and having 18 years of professional experiences in Strategic Marketing and Business Communications in different sectors including Banking and Retail industries in Bangladesh as well as in the UK. Mr. Dey has core expertise in Strategic Marketing, Branding and increasing Customer Awareness on different products and services. He is responsible to promote and increase the brand image of the business and introducing new product and services to the corporate clients and others. Mr. Dey is overseeing the planning and budgeting of different promotional campaigns of the company and he is an effective decision maker in terms of any volatility of business market.
